Yes. You can cancel at any time with no penalty. If you cancel within the first 30 days you receive a full refund. After 30 days your membership remains active until the end of your annual term.
Every inspection includes a full sewer camera inspection with recorded footage, a written report with photos emailed to you the same day, a water heater and sump pump visual check, and a system health summary with any recommendations.
We reach out to you — you do not have to remember to call us. Silver members receive a scheduling reminder annually. Gold members are contacted automatically every six months. We work around your schedule and confirm 48 hours in advance.
Gold members receive same-day priority emergency response. Silver members receive priority scheduling over non-members. All members skip the standard queue.
Yes. The 10% member discount applies automatically to every service invoice — parts and labor included. No codes, no paperwork, no asking. It is applied before you ever see the total.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. We prorate the difference and apply it to your account immediately. Your new Gold benefits begin the same day you upgrade.
